01/ Project Manager - MICE
Duties
Working as part of a team to help supervise and plan all of a conference/event's aspect from the conceptual proposal to on-site execution wrap up.
Manage conferences/events and ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to.
Coordinate on-site logistics during conferences/events.
Liaise and collaborate with internal teams across the company as well as external vendors globally.
Travel outside of Hong Kong is a must.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree.
Minimum 4 years' of work experience in similar role.
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential and additional languages such as Mandarin and Japanese are welcome.
Very well organized and attention to details.
Experience in using airline reservation system (Abacus) and XML Accounting Software is a definite advantage.
Ability to motivate and lead a team.
Ability to multitask, reliable and good at meeting deadline.
Very hands on approach and attitude to make things happen.
02/ Project Executive – MICE / Project Assistant – MICE
Duties
Assist in coordination of meetings, manage project schedule, and liaise between client and vendor.
Support project delivery and track project costs.
On-site support.
Travel outside of Hong Kong is a must.
Requirements
2-3 years solid experience in travel industry, preferably business travel.
Proven success in customer service / sales and marketing / public relations / events coordination / tourism management / hotel management.
Analytical, with an ambitious outlook and communication skills.
Self-driven, enthusiastic and a strong team player.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential and additional languages such as Mandarin and Japanese are welcome.
Experience in using airline reservation system (Abacus) and XML Accounting Software is a definite advantage.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant – MICE
